- Minimum age of candidates required 18 year old
- Upper age limit for Ex-servicemen: 45 years
- Upper age limit for Home Guard: 37 years
- Applicant must hold 10th passed valid certificate
- Candidates also have to qualify in physical measurements condition as per the rules of Bihar Government.
